Paul McTernan

Biography

Paul has over 30 years’ experience in planning and strategic masterplanning, with specialist knowledge of town and city-wide regeneration strategies, rural and urban renewal projects, urban design and masterplanning. Paul also has specialism in tourism and working with Local Planning Authorities and private clients to develop funding streams for heritage assets and redundant sites as part of the masterplanning process.
